JEREMY DELK COACHING – GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE GUARANTEE

For private practice owners with annual revenue of $1,000,000 or more, Jeremy Delk (“Coach”) guarantees to cut your workload in half AND increase your take-home pay by an extra $100,000+ per year within 90 days of program commencement, or you don’t pay for the coaching services.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the guarantee, Client must:

  1. Own a private practice with verifiable annual revenue of $1,000,000 or more
  2. Provide complete and accurate financial documentation as requested
  3. Implement all recommended strategies and action items within the timeframes specified
  4. Attend all scheduled coaching sessions (minimum 90% attendance rate)
  5. Complete all assigned tasks and homework between sessions
  6. Respond to communications within 48 business hours
  7. Provide access to necessary business systems and information as reasonably required

GUARANTEE ASSESSMENT

  1. Workload reduction will be measured by:
    • Documented work hours before program start compared to work hours at 90-day mark
    • Implementation of recommended systems and delegation structures
    • Client’s written confirmation of workload reduction
  2. Income increase will be measured by:
    • Verified financial statements comparing pre-program income to 90-day mark
    • Implementation of tax optimization strategies recommended by Coach
    • New revenue streams or business improvements implemented during the program

REFUND PROCESS

If both guaranteed outcomes (workload reduction by 50% AND $100,000+ increase in take-home pay) are not achieved within the 90-day period, and Client has met all eligibility requirements, Client will be entitled to a full refund of coaching fees paid.

To claim a refund:

  1. Client must submit a written request within 14 days after the 90-day program period ends
  2. Request must include documentation showing failure to achieve guaranteed outcomes
  3. Coach will review the request and supporting documentation within 14 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  1. The guarantee does not apply if Client fails to meet all eligibility requirements
  2. External factors beyond Coach’s control (economic changes, natural disasters, etc.) will be considered when evaluating guarantee claims
  3. Client is responsible for implementing all recommended strategies; Coach provides guidance but not implementation services unless specifically included in the program
  4. No partial refunds will be issued if only one aspect of the guarantee is not met

GENERAL TERMS

  1. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Coach and Client regarding the guarantee.
  2. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kentucky.
  3. Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if Client fails to comply with program requirements, in which case the guarantee becomes void.
  4. Client acknowledges that results depend on their own implementation and that individual results may vary.
  5. Client is responsible for ensuring all tax strategies implemented comply with applicable laws.

By enrolling in the coaching program, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
